Ingredients
For the chicken
2 chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
For the bowl
2 cups cooked white rice
2 cups broccoli florets
For the creamy garlic sauce
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook the broccoli
Steam or boil broccoli for about 3–4 minutes until tender but still bright green. Set aside.
Season and cook the chicken
Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Grill or pan-cook on medium heat 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Let rest, then slice.
Make the creamy garlic sauce
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cook until the sauce thickens.
Assemble the bowl
Add rice to a bowl.
Top with broccoli and sliced grilled chicken.
Pour creamy garlic sauce over the top.
Garnish with parsley.
